Note: after submitting your reservation request, we will send you an email confirming your reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation via e-mail within three working days. Either e-mail us or call (808) 635-4020 to be sure your reservation was received.

Cancellation Policy and Recommendations

Notification of cancellation is required 30 Days PRIOR to your scheduled departure date. Should you cancel your trip less than 30 days prior to your scheduled departure date (or fail to show up at the scheduled departure time), the total cost of your charter will be charged to your credit card and is non-refundable. Should we have to cancel a trip due to the weather, you will not be charged any cancellation fees. No refunds for charters returning early for any reason, including sea sickness.

I understand that shared charter lengths vary based on the number of people who sign up. I acknowledge that my charter could be anywhere from 4-6 hours. Here are our requirements:

3 – 4 anglers: 4 Hour Shared Charter
5 – 6 anglers: 6 Hour Shared Charter
7 - 8 anglers: 8 Hour Shared Charter

For example, 5 people need to sign up for a charter to be 6 hours. If only 4 people show up, you will default to a 4 hour charter.

No expectant Mothers or anyone with a history of health, heart, back problems, or the disabled, including anyone who has had any recent surgeries.

Ocean conditions can vary and may turn rough. All physically challenged individuals are subject to Captains discretion.

Children on Offshore fishing trips must be 7 years, 3 years for reef fishing and whale watching trips.

We reserve the right to refuse service.

Notes on making a reservation

To reserve a private charter or spot on one of our shared fishing trips, fill out the reservation request form below. We require a valid credit card to hold and confirm the reservation. No charge will be made to your card until the morning of departure, when you arrive. Acceptable methods of payment include; cash (preferred), Visa, Master card and Discover Card.
